E-Commerce Setup in Dynamics NAV

E-Commerce B2B is primarily configured from Dynamics NAV. Except for Storefront design and localization, you use Dynamics NAV to configure all aspects of how E-Commerce B2B works within Dynamics NAV, as well as the behavior of the Storefront.

This page includes the overview of the setup options available.

After you have installed the E-Commerce B2B Add-on module, you should configure the solution to fit your anticipated usage scenario.

While you can configure all the aspects manually according to the reference provided in the following sections on this page, it is highly reccomended to start with the base configuration RapidStart package provided by Select Solutions together with the Add-on object files.

General General settings for the Storefront.
Shipping Methods and Prices Settings for what shipment methods are available to your e-commerce customers.
B2C Behavior B2C (public) mode settings - whether enabled, and the retail pricing setup.
Storefront Administrators Setting up content administrators allowed to edit content on the Storefront.
Notifications and E-Mails Configuration of e-mails sent to you upon Storefront events, e.g. new orders.
Delegated Authentication Setup for customer authentication using Microsoft, Google, or Facebook accounts.
