The overall uninstallation process for E-Commerce B2B involves the following tasks detailed in the sections below:
Depending on the method you are using to run the background data replication process, you should start with stopping and disabling the replication process.
Method Used | Uninstall procedure |
---|---|
NAS Service | Stop and remove any Dynamics NAV Server instances that run the Replication Service (NAS services). |
Background Session | Open Replication Status page in Dynamics NAV, and stop the session using Stop Background Replication function. |
Job Queue | Open the Job Queue Entries list in Dynamics NAV and remove the entries responsible for running the Replication Service. |
Depending on the method you used to install E-Commerce B2B Dynamics NAV module, you should remove the module using one of the respective methods.
Method Used | Removal procedure |
---|---|
NAV Extension | Please follow the instructions found here. |
Object import/merge | Using NAV Development Environment, first remove the standard NAV object amendments introduced by E-Commerce B2B. You can also import the Standard.txt file that you saved during the installation process and compile the objects, provided that no other changes have been introduced to the respective objects after installing E-Commerce B2B. Upon removal of table fields, use the Force option to ensure the fields are actually deleted from the database. Once you have reverted the standard NAV objects, in Object Designer select and delete all objects having IDs 25026288..25027287. Again, use the Force option to delete the tables. |
